  • Usage data: Learning session queries, knowledge base content you enter, and account notes — stored to personalise your experience.
  • Device & log data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically via server logs for security and performance purposes.
  • Payment data: We do not store payment card details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and personalise the Atrellia platform and AI tools
  • To send transactional emails (sign-in PINs, billing receipts)
  • To improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns
  • To respond to support requests
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Helix AI Features

The Helix AI features send your query text and relevant knowledge base content to third-party AI providers (including Google Gemini and OpenAI) for processing. Content sent is used solely to generate your requested output and is not used to train those models under our agreements with those providers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, Stripe for billing)
  • AI providers as described in Section 3
  • Legal authorities if required by law

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@atrellia.com.
