By creating an account or using any part of the Atrellia platform you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Atrellia provides an AI-powered knowledge validation platform, including Helix AI (powered by large language model APIs), knowledge bases, and learning session tools. Features vary by subscription tier.
3. Account Access
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Access is granted per individual account and may not be shared. We use magic-link PIN authentication — keep your email account secure.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Billing is managed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. To request a refund within 14 days, contact us at the contact page. Refunds are not available after the 14-day window or for partial billing periods.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Atrellia only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the platform to harass, deceive, or harm others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
- Share or resell access to your account
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Helix AI generates responses based on the information you provide and publicly available knowledge. Outputs are provided for informational and assessment purposes only. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it. Atrellia makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform software, design, and content is owned by or licensed to Atrellia. You retain ownership of content you create and upload. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atrellia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice where immediate action is required.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Atrellia operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
